I LIVE FOR THIS STUFF

fun fact a few months ago I showed this video to my 4 y/o brother and to this day he asks me to play the song (glitter and gold) because he is convinced it is “The Avengers Song™”

good morning girls our idealized selves can be our actual selves if we’re disciplined enough to put the work in 😘

i disagree. while self-improvement and growth are necessary, who you are right now is already inherently worthy of love. if you continue to chase an ideal, you’ll never be happy.

like i get it if you’re someone who snaps at people and says, “from now on, i’m going to be aware of when i snap at people and what causes me to fly off the handle. this will take effort, but i am no longer going to snap at people.” or something like that. then this idea makes sense.

but i don’t know. something about this post bothers me. you’re fine as you, as you are. even flawed (or what you perceive as flaws), you’re still worthy of love, compassion, and understanding.

literally why can’t i just make a post? does anyone know why i can’t just make a post? i’d like to just make a post and not have people read between the nonexistent lines with a magnifying glass, does anyone know why that isn’t possible? can anyone help me? someone please help me
